Find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes or hold a soft gaze a few feet in front of you.
Quiet your mind. Try and hold no thoughts. If a thought enters your mind, acknowledge it as a thought and brush it away. Don’t engage with it.
Clear your mind and start again. Begin as many times as you need too. That’s why this is called a meditation practice. We get better with every sitting.
You can easily integrate tarot cards into your meditation practice. Pull a card from your deck or picture the image of a specific card. Keep your focus on the image itself.
