What is the difference between a mediumship reading and a tarot reading?
A mediumship reading involves communicating with the spirit world.
What spirit shows up for a mediumship reading is dependent on the needs of both the spirits and the sitter – and the sitter in this case is the client (you!).
During a mediumship reading the spirit that comes through will often have a message for the sitter.
This is different than a tarot reading. For a tarot reading the sitter comes forward with a question or several questions.
You, the client, have a question. The cards drawn during your reading provide guidance and insight on what is going on around this question.
I’m focusing primarily on reading your energy.
We’ll discuss information from your past, talk about things you are dealing with right now, and the all important questions around ‘if I make this decision’ what is a possible outcome.
It’s important for people who are interested in booking a tarot reading with me to understand that when I give a tarot reading the cards are really a jumping off point. They are showing me the direction that the conversation needs to be going in.
3 Key Ways Mediumship Readings Differ From Tarot Readings
#1 – Preparation
When you book a mediumship reading with me I don’t need any information from you.
When you book a tarot reading you bring questions – questions that you want answers too.
#2 – Information / Messages
For a mediumship reading spirit will come forward and they will have loving and healing messages for you.
For a tarot reading you come to me with your important questions that you need insight and guidance on.
#3 – How It Works
During a mediumship reading I am communicating with spirit in order to deliver their messages to you.
During a tarot reading I’m reading your energy and providing you with guidance and clarity on the issues in question.
