Make your new year’s resolution more than about losing weight.
Starting in January, I’ll be working with new runners to help them go from 0 miles to finishing a 5K. The beginners 5k training program runs (pun intended!) 12 weeks and includes in-person, weekly check-ins.
For the folks who have never laced up a pair of running shoes, I cannot wait to welcome you into the running community. All it takes to call yourself a runner is to run.
Where can you run?
- On a treadmill
- On snowy trails
- Around your neighborhood
- Along a path in a nearby park
- Around a local track
