I do not accept returns of items that are custom made.
If your item arrives and is broken or damaged please contact me via email.
If you don’t love your item, for whatever reason, and want to return it, you may return it to me for a refund. Return requests will be reviewed up to 21 days after the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment minus the payment processing fees.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
