I do not accept returns of items that are custom made.
If your item arrives and is broken or damaged please contact me via email.
Non-returnable and non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software and digital products
- Sale items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment minus the payment processing fees.
